1. Administrator Information

is administered by SC PASMYU IMOB SRL, headquartered in Târgu Jiu, Gorj County, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J18/118/2017, Unique Registration Code 37051062.

2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

The Administrator offers you access to and use of the online store on the condition that you accept these Terms and Conditions. By accessing, using, obtaining, or purchasing any product, content, data, materials, information, or services through our online store, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. The Administrator reserves the right to add or modify any information in the virtual store without prior notice to site users.

3. Copyright

The Visitor/Buyer understands intellectual property rights and will not download/use the content of the Cip3D online store—images, descriptions, graphic elements—without the written consent of the Administrator, as they represent the Administrator’s property and are protected by copyright law and laws concerning intellectual and industrial property.

4. Distance Contract, Validity

By placing an order on the Cip3D online store, the Buyer accepts communication by email or phone through which the Administrator conducts their activity.
This distance contract enters into force at the moment the order is confirmed by the Administrator. Confirmation is made verbally (by phone) or electronically (by email).
The Terms and Conditions of the Cip3D online store form the basis of the contract thus concluded.
The Administrator does not consider any unconfirmed order as a contract of any kind.
The Buyer becomes the owner of the product after payment is confirmed for card payments, or after payment and signing of the delivery documents in the case of cash-on-delivery courier services.

5. Prices, Payment Methods, Invoicing

Prices are displayed on the page of each product, include VAT, and do not include delivery costs unless explicitly stated or offered as a bonus for large orders. If the price is not displayed, you may request an offer and an operator will inform you of the price as soon as possible.
The price of the ordered product is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.
The price printed on the invoice is the same as the one communicated by the operators at the time of order confirmation.
Prices in the Cip3D online store may differ from those in physical stores.
Payment methods are available on the order placement page.
Based on the information held by Cip3D and those provided by the Buyer, an invoice will be issued for the delivered goods. The package will also include the documentation required by law for the product(s) ordered, where applicable: certificate/declaration of conformity, warranty certificate, user instructions, etc.

6. Stock

Products are individually made when the order is placed. However, the Administrator cannot guarantee the availability of all posted products. Clients are properly informed, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, regarding the availability of ordered products before delivery confirmation. Occasionally, communication errors may occur.

7. Warranties

SC PASMYU IMOB SRL guarantees that the delivered products are new and accompanied by a tax invoice and receipt (issued by the Administrator or the courier company).

We declare on our own responsibility, according to Art. 5 of Government Decision 1022/2002 regarding products that may endanger life and health, work safety, and environmental protection, that the delivered products do not endanger life, health, safety, do not produce negative environmental impact, and comply with EU Directives 67/549/EEC and 1999/45/EC.

8. Product Returns

These provisions are supplemented by Law 365/2002 on electronic commerce (republished and amended) and by Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals.

Return Policy

According to OUG 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from this contract without providing reasons and without incurring penalties within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party (other than the carrier) indicated by you acquire physical possession of the products.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example, an email sent to: office@cip3d.com

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
