Delivery / Return Information

1. Delivery Time

Orders are generally shipped within 3–5 days from confirmation.

For domestic shipments, we use courier services with tracking and no-signature delivery options, so you will always be informed about the status of your package.

For international shipments, we use Romanian postal services with tracking options, so you will always be informed about the status of your package.

2. Delivery Costs

Cip3D.com does not charge courier fees. Therefore, the delivery cost is set by the courier company based on the distance, weight, and value of the package in your order.

3. Free Returns

If you are not satisfied with the chosen product, you may return it.
ATTENTION! If you decide to return the product, DO NOT USE IT AT ALL and initiate the return procedure within a maximum of 14 days.

4. Condition of Returned Products

Returned products must be in the same condition as when delivered, without signs of use.
The package in which you return the product must include: the product and the invoice.
If the returned product is not in the same condition as it was delivered, the return will not be accepted.

5. Products Excluded from Return

Products made to order / modified or customized (engraved) at the client’s request cannot be returned.

6. Product Replacement or Refund

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the ordered products or if you find an imperfection, do not hesitate to contact us at: office@cip3d.com

If the delivered product does not match the specifications in our offer, you may return the product for replacement or refund.
If you want to replace it with a product of higher value, you will pay the difference; if the replacement product has a lower value, the difference will be refunded to your account.
Return costs will be covered by Cip3D.

We will process the refund within 2–14 days from receiving and inspecting the returned products.

7. Payment Methods

Payment can be made online using a bank card.
For online payments, processing is carried out under maximum security conditions through the payment processor provided by Banca Transilvania.
In the case of online payments, PASMYU IMOB SRL (CIP3D.COM) is not responsible for any additional costs that may apply (e.g., bank fees or commissions).
